It's not though, in my opinion. I just don't get it sometimes. The games that people love and hype up like they're the best thing ever, I couldn't get into. Skyrim, Fallout, Borderlands, Mass Effect, (I own the whole trilogy) The Witcher, Fortnite, Breath of the Wild.
Not all game resonate with everyone. Games that I love, there are people that feel the same way I feel about those games I mentioned. A lot of people HATE The Last Of Us 2, but I think it's one of the best games ever made. Everyone has their opinions.

Coming from the days of Contra, Castlevania, Mega Man, Metal Gear, Ninja Gaiden, Mario, Metroid, Sonic, SOR, etc. I can't agree with it myself.
