So they reviewed the game and gave it an 8/10 when it was first released.

Then, magically it gets a 9/10 on re-release?

Really? I really don't understand how a site can give a game a better score then its original score. And how gamers think that it is "better" to build a game then re-release it.

Well....It's a review of the next gen version, patch, whatever you want to call it. I believe they are saying that there was enough improvement to warrant a higher score. Simply put, the PS5 and XSX version look better, play better, and come with all of the DLC. If it had rated lower, then that would be the moment to be outraged.

LOL. So, a feature (Capabilities to do better graphics) that comes pretty much free with the new consoles gives it an extra point.

That is sad.

@NeoGamer232 Your so right, it makes no sense to raise the review score 1pt just because the game runs and looks so much better. If only they would have just redesigned the box art instead, then we could have just gave it a 10.

You could see it as a re-release for Next-gen, Its looks better but that's a given, let put it to the side and give them no points for the obvious because the hardware allows it. They'll say but what about Ray tracing.. which improves/helps with immersion, immersion counts right or no? Buss it! 2nd.. If you are the type of person that like to have a unintended delay between your button and your on screen action while playing at 30fps.. that's double whamming... then yea no points, right? Let be honest, all 60fps is doing is taking out the frustration for some... it a smoother control and it improves the game play.. I mean who wants to have more fun, what are we... us? No points right ... Buss it!

I do see it as a next gen release of a game, but. If it makes it that much better then my question would be why did they release this on the previous gen consoles? Sounds to me they did not right size the game to the last gen consoles. And to reward them because the game works better on this gen of consoles is just rewarding a bad behavior as far as I am concerned.

This game was released on PC as well. PCs have had ray tracing for a while and many PC GPUs had the performance ability above 30 FPS. It scored 85 on PC, 84 on XBO, and 82 on PS4. These scores are within a statistical margin of error. For the game all of a sudden to go from an 80 to 90 because they turned stuff on that was already on PC is inconsistent.
