Nintendo shouldn't dictate price minimums in the eshop

Nintendo is forcing the sales of games on the Switch eShop to be at least $1.99. Would a game by any other price, still be as fun?

I don't see the point in this arbitrary price cap. Games that were going to sell for less than that are just going to be sold at 1.99 now.

What exactly is this fixing other than putting another few sheckles in Nintendo's pocket?

I think the issue was that people would put their games for super cheap (like one cent) to see them top the sales charts just to gain notoriety.

Exactly. I don't like the idea of a minimum price, but I can accept it in this case because the eShop was being abused by scummy mobile devs.

The cap will fix nothing. The eshop is absolutely littered with trash. It makes looking through the store a chore. The same trash is going to be there after this, its just going to cost more now.
