Auran Games has announced that Trainz Simulator 2009: World Builder Edition (TS2009) has reached Gold status. Trainz Simulator 2009: World Builder Edition contains everything you need to build or operate your own railroad and includes dozens of routes and hundreds of locomotives from around the world. You can drive steam diesel or electric locomotives using controls in the fully 3D cabs or use a simple speed controller for easier train management. Trainz Simulator 2009: World Builder Edition is available for digital download or mail order on DVD from the Auran Store for USD $29.99.
Train Simulator 2014 is all set for release this September for the PC, developer Engine Driver announced earlier today.
Following a lackluster CES keynote, Microsoft sent out a press release this morning touting the "powerful momentum" of Games for Windows and the addition of nine new Games for Windows-branded titles including Alone in the Dark and LEGO Indiana Jones.

Kotaku's title is a bit misleading. I thought Microsoft announced nine new games for Windows. :)

Only a few titles there that i want and ill be picking them up for the console not PC. PC is FPS land for me.

At the German Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany, Microsoft announced that Ubisoft was the latest to join the Games for Windows branding program. The first title Ubisoft will deliver is "The Settlers: Rise of an Empire."
The Montreuil, France-based company joins other publishing powerhouses such as 2K Games, Activision Inc., Atari Inc., EA Partners, LucasArts, Microsoft Game Studios, Midway Home Entertainment Inc., and SEGA by committing to ship select titles under the Games for Windows brand. With the addition of Ubisoft, Microsoft now has the support of the majority of top games publishers around the world to provide consumers with amazing Windows gaming experiences.
