With the imminent launches of both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X|S later this month, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 will be playable on these new consoles via backward compatibility, along with the most recent versions of L.A. Noire (including the PlayStation VR version of L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files), and a number of classic Rockstar titles.
Intercept Games, the developer of space sim Kerbal Space Program 2, appears to have been shut down by parent company Take-Two.
L.A. Noire is coming to the library of free games available to GTA+ Members on Thursday, May 2.
As part of previously-announced layoffs, Take-Two Interactive is closing Intercept Games and Roll7.
I loved Rollerdrome and was looking forward to a Rollerdrome 2. 😐
Don't want to be melodramatic but as far you can be upset over video-game news ... bit heartbroken.
I feel like there's a trend of well made games like this going largely ignored by the gaming audience. It's quite frustrating. I hope the devs form a new studio but I suppose they'd have to start again from scratch.
Olliolli 2, olliolli world and rollerdrome are some of my favorite indies of all time. This industry is disgusting lately.
I loved Olli Olli.
I wanted to like Rollerdrome a lot more than I actually did. Shame about the studio though
I woulda liked GTA3 to keep its low poly look, but add ray traced lighting/reflections, and 4k60.
So... can we get 60fps for Red Dead 2?
Screw this company. They use to be the best, now they are just lazy money grabbing scumbags.
What the heck are you guys complaining about? If you bought it on PS4, you just put in your disc (or external hard drive with the digital version from PS4) into your PS5 and play it. It'll work and everything carries over via backwards compatibility. There's no charge. *eyeroll*
Hmm that’s pretty cool! Would be interesting to fire up GTA 4 and see that solid 60fps action!
