Tomoyo After ~It's a Wonderful Life~ takes place a few months after the end of Tomoyo's route in CLANNAD. As such, it is highly recommended that you play CLANNAD and complete her route before starting this game.

I hear this is more of a tearjerker than Nagisa's after story, it'll be interesting to play through regardless.
