Now that the Japanese console versions of Soulcalibur II are 20 years old, it's worth looking back at why the game remains so iconic.
Of the three console versions, GCN was my favorite due to Link. His character felt more accurate to the others. Hehachi and Spawn were okay but... felt out of place.
Then again, so did Yoda and Vader in SC4.
Thousands of matches, countless nights, and beautiful memories. Soulcalibur is one the greatest games there is, but its best feat is that it gathered friends for some of the best times of their lives. I miss those days and i miss those friends.
Thought 3 was better personally, shame it's stuck on PS2 and didn't get any love since.
Could put the first Baten Kaitos game on this list. Developed by Monolith Soft, and underrated RPGs. First was published by Namco.
