I can see everyone falling sleep and crashing often. Beautiful looking but boring. Imagine having to do this for hrs lol

MadLad1364d ago

It's almost like it's a simulator for people interested in plane simulations. MS published something getting 9s and 10s across the board? Time to s**t on it.

sprinterboy1364d ago (Edited 1364d ago )

I know who would have thought/S.
Unfortunatly today's gamer thinks everything is made for them and when it's not they Internet rage at a game they were never interested in the 1st place

ssj271364d ago

Relax I'm giving my opinion and it matches probably the 99% or more of gamers opinion let's be honest over 99% of gamers will fall sleep playing this. This is a factual opinion not saying the game is bad or etc. It's a simulator after all.
I have play simulators Gran turismo is a car simulator but a fun one it gives you that feeling adrenaline frm driving on high a speed and competitive.

This just feels like you are floating and i don't see anything interesting i don't believe for a second that driving a plane feels so floaty and boring. Maybe a huge comercial plane but you still feel the rush been in one i believe flying one will be even more adrenaline push but i don't get the feeling in this just seem boring or floating. Not saying the game is bad or anything.

Maybe next game they can make it more existing? Sim doesn't equal boring specially flying a plane sound and should be existing this seems plain and boring other than the pretty visuals

You do understand what a sim is don't you?

ssj271364d ago

I do you simulate reality and last time i was on a plane i felt sleep so sure they did a great job sinulaing that lol

But where is a ruh abd adrenaline feeling that i should feel while flying a plane? There is no souls to this game

EazyC1364d ago

Interesting career path. I don't think I could ever do it irl

Wow just look at the frame rate counter. How can this be an enjoyable game with performance like that

Bladesfist1364d ago

I would have thought you were used to 30 fps, seeing as you have no problem gaming on consoles

ElementX1364d ago

Damn! That's harsh, lol

MadLad1364d ago

Merrin is a complete tool. Posts in many PC articles, claiming to be a PC gamer, but never seems to enjoy the platform.

His only points ever seem to be that Epic store is awesome, and PC performance isn't worth the cost.

I'll never understand why people have such little going for them that they get enjoyment out of being a negative presence to others.

Father__Merrin1364d ago

It goes as low as 10fps.....I'm awaiting the next time a topic comes up claiming a console game is 30fps and not "butter smooth 60"

King_Noctis1364d ago

Ouch. 30FPS was never a problem until Flight Simulator got 93% on Metacritic.

Deeloc1364d ago

This game looks boring. There’s no other planes moving at the airport, only cars on street. It need to be more life like.

Father__Merrin1364d ago

20fps with a £1300 video card

1364d ago
FlyingFoxy1364d ago

2000 series was overpriced, 4k is still demanding especially in titles with top graphics similar to this, more will come even if they aren't quite as hardware hungry as this game.

This is why I'm sticking with 1440p high hz, new demanding games will run much better and on a 3070/3080 class card.

Father__Merrin1364d ago

@shaggy look at the video on this thread the performance is terrible

EasilyTheBest1364d ago

Obviously sarcasm, "needs to be more lifelike" lol lol awesome.

King_Noctis1364d ago

“ It need to be more life like“

Kindda ironic consider we are talking about a simulator.

Bathyj1364d ago

I wish they'd made crimson Skies

Majors1364d ago (Edited 1364d ago )

One major mistake they made.. They used bing maps instead of google maps and its not even close in some places

Yes, tried Emirates from Heathrow to Dubai. The only plane I managed to get a proper sleep haha. It is loaded with cool technology, like you can see the outside cameras on your inflight entertainment. And despite the 4 engines, it is still very quiet. Incredible!
