This kind of game diversity is good. I know there are people who call these games boring. But, I bought Flight Simulator since its original versions in the 80's and I have always found it interesting. Can't wait to play this version with all the realism it adds.

N4G shows its true colors again. You like a game releasing in a short while so naturally N4G users downvote you. I wonder why...

If there is any type of game that I can think of that is not for everyone it is flight Sims. I truly love them though, started back in the 90s and for me they are relaxing and a break from the usual games where I am just sprinting from location to location to finish a task. I also love gamea where I can listen to music that I want to wothout worrying about missing any important dialouge, that's one reason why I keep playing RL as well.

I actually think similarly on fighting games like Street Fighter, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat, Injustice, etc. Every time I go to play them I think... "OK, this time I am not going to randomly mash buttons". and every time the frustration level sets in I go back to randomly mashing buttons.

There are a bunch of people out there that are really good at these games and really like them, but I have found a vast majority of people I know don't play these games because they are just as bad or worse at them then I am. Flight simulators can be considered boring. Fighting games can be the ultimate in frustration. A lot of people buy these games but I think the real active community is fairly small in comparison to sales.

So how much are these add ons?

Abriael1392d ago (Edited 1392d ago )

These didn't get a or price yet, but I expect them to be the usual fare, between 10 bucks for the small ones all the way to the super complex ones like the PMDG 737. That one I expect to cost as much as it does for other sims, which is $75.

Yeah. It costs that much. To be fair, though, the programming that goes in tan airliner's systems with this level of complexity is pretty much comparable to a full game.

It’s one hell of a passenger jet. The attention to detail is impressive.

Yes, tried Emirates from Heathrow to Dubai. The only plane I managed to get a proper sleep haha. It is loaded with cool technology, like you can see the outside cameras on your inflight entertainment. And despite the 4 engines, it is still very quiet. Incredible!
