Outrun Sees Atari 2600 Port by Fan

Sega's Outrun arcade game is a classic super scaler racing game. It never was ported to the Atari 2600 but a fan is working on fixing that. Check it out.

Always like when ppl try this.
I question why trying to make the car big to look like the arcade when the dev could have gone with a smaller model and allow himself more ressource for the rest.
But it was nice to hear Splash wave, I swear I could have hear the « the get Ready! » in my head.

The super scaling game is much harder to do than it appears. Maybe not for someone with formal training but someone like me hopping in and and trying to teach myself as I go. “Aw this old shit will be easy it’s 2020”. No it was more difficult lol. A fan is just getting his basics down. They will get better if they keep at it. It looks like shit but it’s a start.
