Andrew Tarantola: The console's swan song exceeded every one of my expectations.
Ghost of Tsushima PC vs PS5, best settings and more in the Digital Foundry tech review.
Playing this at a locked 175 fps on an OLED ultra wide at max settings is truly awe inspiring. A great way to replay this classic.
Sweet! Glad to see it make the jump. Hopefully the PSN requirement doesn’t put too many people off. I think it’s only if you plan to play the Legends mode. It’s bullshit, but at least you can access the main game without making a PSN profile if that bothers you. I know on PC everyone’s sick of everyone trying to push their own launchers and shit.
CG writes: The question we’re asking is, has Sucker Punch’s just released stealth-action game Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PC earned over £18 million in revenue on release week via the Steam platform alone (also available via the Epic Games Store)?
"also available via the Epic Games Store"
I'm pretty sure Epic Games Store is available in over 190 countries and 30 territories. So anyone that said that this game was not available in them was just lying.
I'm so shocked by games journalists and fauxragers lying. Really shocked. I do pity them though. I can't imagine going through life with such anger... at everything.
CG writes: In this video we look at Sucker Punch’s open-world samurai warrior/stealth game, Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut PC. We originally played this on PS4 Pro, but looks fantastic using Ultra settings on PC in native 4K and DLSS set to Quality (2K). This is the opening 1 hour and 17 minutes of playing. You can tell we played this before based on our impeccable parrying.
I expect nothing less from Sony
Wow I guess this is it. Isn’t it. Phew what a ride man 7 years blasts by. Got my PS4 day one, upgraded to Pro for Horizon. 40 Platinums later. So on and so on. I’m looking forward to the future and what kinds of experiences I’ll get to play on these new consoles.
Whoa saying this is the best for last after we got the last of us 2, I am excited.
I haven't read the article mind you, it's just the last of us 2 is sort of a console swansong in my opinion as was the first one at least to me so for them to say this title is the swansong increases my anticipation, day one.
I don't base my decision on the opinions of critics, but it's nice to see many reviewers seem to really enjoy this game and this will help ensure that we may get sequels. Actually, the sales and overall reception of gamers will have an even bigger effect on whether this happens. Most YouTubers I watch regularly love the game.
Sony teaching the competition on how they are the market leader.
