VGChartz's Stephen LaGioia: "When it comes to indie gaming romps, most don't tend to think of lavish, sprawling RPGs. Yet, this is precisely the type of game Italian studio Naps Team seems to be crafting, with their upcoming adventure, Baldo. Despite the low-key reveal at Nintendo's Indie World Showcase last year, this game may just be one of the richest and most epic RPGs to hit the Switch."
Catch up on the games coming out in August, from Ghost of Tsushima DE, to Pyschonauts 2, to No More Heroes III, and beyond. We pick the most interesting August games, from AAA to indie, so you can make sense of everything coming out!
all i know is baldo better not get delayed. studio ghibli art direction rpg games are hard to wait on
I heard that real-time trailers app bullshit is available for download. Does anyone know where it is?
Really want to check out the Iki Island expansion to Ghost of Tsushima, but ill wait as I dont like the politics around charging more for early adopters, regardless of their excuses. I bought that shit digi day one, they shouldnt be charging me any more than an additional $10 to upgrade and create parity with new purchasers of the PS5 version. Gouge your early fans who made the game popular by charging us $30 to upgrade?! FFFFFFUUUUU Sony! Im sure itll be on sale in a matter of weeks. Can probably get the full PS5 disc version for $20 on Black Friday. Id rather support the indie devs who need the $$$! That Baldo game looks incredible, probably a day 1 buy for me.
Earlier today we received a new trailer for the latest game from NAPS Team in Messina, Italy.
Pretty excited for this one, I'm digging the artstyle.
Here's hoping the battle system is any good.
It never fails. Every time this name pops up my eyes see Balto at first. Lmao
