PlayStation Store Suspended Indefinitely in China

Sony has suspended the PlayStation Store in China, with no guarantee of when it will return. According to the organisation’s official Weibo account, it’s been taken down due to a “security upgrade” – although unsurprisingly, the virtual plaza remains open for business around the rest of the globe.

Whoever it was, just screwed over all the people in china that were changing their PS4 store to other countries to get games that are not allowed in china. Hopefully they find a new workaround

It could be true because i remember recently there was articles about how China would be cracking down on online gaming and limiting how long you could play online because people were using it to communicate outside of the country and going against the government propaganda. If there was ever a time to cut off china it would be now that most of the factories are closed. I think Japan had passed a bill that included 248 billion yen for companies that are willing to move their factories out of China and back into Japan or other Asian countries but i haven't heard anything from other countries.

Well dam. The first thing I'm checking when I get back home is if I can still access my pan store on my console. I get on the psn store through my PC at work without a VPN, which gives me hope. If its just Chinese accounts then....... I don't really care
