the few things that i like in Nintendo is that doesnt give a FCK about what PC want (or fans of other system generally) ...Nintey protects their console and their (not so perfect) franchises with teeths and claws ..

.In the other Sony that indeed has an unmatched skill to create unique exclusive IPs (even the mediocre ones) just share them on PC (pS now , Horizon on windows etc) in search for bigger sales , that will surely hurt Playstation console

Sony must completely ignore PC crybabies and make PStation console the only place that you can experience its exclusives ...

I see your point. That's if Sony was to release 1st party titles on PC and PS4/5 the same day. But with Horizon they released it 3 years later on PC. That extra cash in sales will most likely go towards Horizon 2 for PS5. If PC fans really enjoy Horizon 1 a few of them might not want to wait a possible 3 years for a PC port of 2 so will invest in a PS5. So it's win win for Sony.

The sky isn't blue nor is grass green. What you see is the REFLECTION of the blue and green light that is not absorbed by the sky and grass respectively. So technically an object is all colors except what is being reflected.

So "The sky is blue" or "the grass is green" is NOT a more proper wording, going by your logic.

The thing is that, the game is not being remastered. This is not a satire or a way to steal Nintendo’s property. This is actually an anthem of adoration for such an amazing experience. So good that fans decided to take their time to do the job themselves. And share it with others.

Dude, this game isn't an original game that uses the characters of Mario franchise (when Nintendo does take down this type of games, I also get irked) to be compared to a fan fiction. This game is the whole Super Mario 64, the game that Nintendo made. A guy just made the game work on PC without emulators, he didn't create a game from zero.

If this was some game which the company didn't care about and wasn't re-releasing it in newer systems, I would understand the reaction. However, Mario 64 was released on Nintendo DS, Wii, Wii U, and a remake is being rumored. And if Nintendo makes a N64 mini, it'll be its first game. This is no "forgotten game".

Whenever they re-release this game, it sells millions. According to Wikipedia, "As of March 31, 2018, Super Mario 64 DS has sold 11.06 million copies worldwide".
Nintendo doesn't seem to release sales numbers for Virtual Console games, but I found an article on IGN ( https://www.ign.com/article... ) what shows Mario 64 had $2,700,000 in revenue in a single year without even considering Japan sales (and according to the article, this was during a time when sales from Virtual Console was already slowing down - in the previous years the number must be much higher).

Why would Nintendo let a game that makes them millions of profits whenever they re-release it, to be downloaded for free?

Uhm... your point is...? I also don't really know how to respond to that, since I didn't say anywhere those sales were regarding the Wii U. It was only a small piece of data showing, as an example, that Nintendo got millions by selling it on Wii's Virtual Console, so... uhm... yeah. Unless you're denying that Nintendo will get millions of profits the next time it re-releases Mario 64, I don't really get your point.

Oh really now LOL F U Nintendo I have the torrent of it haha good luck and I mean that really, to try to take it down now. If anyone wants it its up on the pirate bay. This is how you do it, show a tidbit of the game then release the full version on all the torrent sites once the game is complete, in this way no company can do anything. This is how all fan based games should be done. Show a small video of it then the next day upload your 100% completed game to all the torrent sites that you can think of. Nintendo will be too late or any other game company to do anything because now we all have access to the game.
