Far Cry 6 is rumored to be in development for PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and it may bring back the series' most recognizable characters and one of the most iconic villains in video games: Vaas Montenegro, the main antagonist of Far Cry 3, the best entry in the popular open-world action series.
Far Cry debuted on March 23, 2004, meaning that next week, it will have been 20 years since Jack Carver first washed up on the shore of a tropical paradise teeming with hostile mercenaries.
I'd love a far cry pack with the original PC game (not the half assed port on ps360) instincts, predator even a port of far cry 2 to modern consoles back when these games had their own identity and weren't far cry 3 cut and pastel
Luke Ross's Far Cry 6 VR Mod is now available through his Patreon, adding 6DOF support and head aiming, but no motion controls.
Non-playable characters in certain games are meme material, thanks to their foolish behavior. These are the big-budget games with the dumbest NPCs.
Bethesda makes the most consistently stupid NPCs, like really bad... yet I still can't help but love playing their games. Guilty pleasure, I guess. *sigh* 😩
Every Bethesda game and Every Halo game. This list needed to have Cyberpunk somewhere.
Although one of if not the best protagonist in the series so far, i gotta say, far cry feels cooked now.
Each instalment is slightly beter than the last no dou but not worthy of full blown releases. It feels bigger and better with improvements than just expansions or patches no doubt but they are getting too similar now to the previous instalments.
Try something new instead please.
Eh.. don’t ruin him just because he was the last good villain FC has had.
He might be too busy being Nacho Varga on Better Call Saul right now, lol.
Oh, come on. Don't do this. Vaas is a memorable villain, yes, but it's because he stood out. He was different. We'd not really seen an antagonist like him before. He served his purpose in FC3's story. If you bring him back just because he was popular, you're playing catch-up.
This is like when the Silent Hill series brought back Pyramid Head and the zombie nurses because "iconic characters" and it felt like a poor man's version of what had come before it.
