Phantasy Star Online 2 is Available Now Free-to-Play on Xbox One in North America

SEGA announced that Phantasy Star Online 2 is now officially available on Xbox One in North America. The PC version set to release in late May.

Well I don't have to pay for Plus to play Free to Play games or MMO's that have their own user fee like Final Fantasy 14. I though Microsoft being so consumer friendly recently might have changed their stance on that. I guess not, how unfortunate.

I like Sony and Playstation, so when I ask questions about how often devs will use resistance triggers or Tempest audio, I'm actually curious. I don't to it to troll, I ask to see what others think. I am trying to have decent, thoughtful conversations.

Yes you do there's no such thing as free to play on xbox. In fact altho it's fixed now I bought a xbox 360 when it was on offer long time ago to use as a netflix box alongside games but even to use netflix you needed gold subscription

It was dumb they even did that. How Sony did it this gen is how it should be. You can still use every function but MP in premium cost games. F2p and sub games shouldn't need it period. I still can't believe they made people pay to be able to use a app you have a sub for. But then again, Xbox was dumb for DVDs because you had to buy a remote no one should have needed

Game rocks. It's so much more polished than when I was playing the Japanese version years and years ago. Yeah visually dated but plays super smooth due to that .

Started playing it in 2014. Used the online Tweaker to make it English. Enjoyed it. Will play on PC again when it launches here
