Warframe will out live us all 😂😂😂

It was one of the best games to launch PlayStation 4 and Xbox one came out and now it will be one of the best games to launch the next generation

@neutralgamer1992

I'm sure that you've heard about Remedy's new deal with Epic Games. In case you haven't, Remedy will develop at least 2 games which will be published by Epic on multiple platforms.

But you said that Control was their "last game for other platforms before going exclusive" to Sony .So, what happened? Could it be that your comments are simply speculation as opposed to some kind of insider information?

As a reminder you also said "Don't believe the rumors. It (PS5) has better specs than any other console that will Launch in 2020". That one didn't work out to well for you either.

So, still sticking to the $399.99 price point for the PS5 that you keep touting?

MasterCornholio1514d ago

Why are you ragging on him? I honestly don't see how your response is relevant to the topic at hand.

It's hard to be wrong but I was no beating around the bushes you can only go on the information you get. BTW I was right about insomniac months before it was announced so you get some right and you get some wrong. Remedy and bluepoint were 2 Sony wanted I am not sure what changed but bluepoint is still possiblity

$399 is where Sony wants to be no question about it because they know ms can't be below $499. Sony are willing to take a loss at launch because they can generate so much more with software and subscriptions. If Sony wanted they could have had the most powerful console at 499 or 599 but they already did that with PlayStation 3 and they just don't want to cross the 399 price tag. It is their goal to make switching over from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 as smooth as possible as efficient as possible

Don't be surprised if Sony gets into remake business what I mean by that is they saw the success with SOTC and more recently with resident evil series. They help start and fund majority of FF7. I really think there will be a huge blockbusters announcement of some sort at reveal of ps5( by reveal I mean a show for gamers)

2 possibilities are MGS remake done by blue point games or silent Hill project done by kojima we could even get both. Sony wants to buy those IPs but understandably Konami don't want to sell but Konami also does not have any plans to use those IPs in gaming. Sony could sign a publishing deal for those IPs for the next 5 to 10 years. This is not some inside information this is just my prediction for everything I have read

@neutralgamer1992

I have no problem with you posting your game related premonitions. I just think you should admit that your comments are nothing but wild speculation. You often tell people not to believe rumors as if to suggest that you have some type of insider connection to the gaming industry. Then you follow that up with a dispatch (often incorrect) that is based on nothing but conjecture.

It’s no secret that a $399.00 price point would put Sony or Microsoft in an advantageous position. Either company would be thrilled to hit that mark. For you to say that the PS5 WILL be priced at $399.99 is just wishful thinking at this point, especially in light of the fact that no reputable news service has any solid evidence to back up that prediction. Even if Sony does manage to hit that mark your foretelling would still turn out to be nothing but a wild guess.

As for your “remarkable” Insomniac prognosis, anyone who has the slightest interest in gaming could have come up with that one. It wasn’t exactly ground breaking news when it was announced so don't pat yourself on the back too much. A broken clock is right twice a day.

Short version: Stop pretending that you are an authoritative gaming correspondent and telling others that they are wrong. You have no more insight than any other gaming enthusiast. You get your information from the same dubious source as practically everyone else; the internet.

neutralgamer19921513d ago (Edited 1513d ago )

You need to stop it no one predicted that Sony would or could buy insomniac. Insomniac made a game for EA and MS. Sony tried in the past and were simply told no so go back to the first day of gamescom and look at the reaction. Not ground breaking to you maybe but the gamers reaction said otherwise

@nuetralgamer1992

You keep going back to the ONE instance in which one of your predictions came true (or so you claim), as if that proves that you have consistent inside information. The Insomniac acquisition was NOT that hard to see coming and for you to say that no one, excluding yourself, predicted it would happen is both laughable and delusional.

Curiously, you avoid talking about the frequent times that your "scoops" proved to be false. Why is that?

Look man, I'm actually trying to help out. You should refrain from portraying yourself as an authoritative figure because it's obvious you're just some guy with an over active imagination and a desire to be acknowledged. If you frame your comments as opinion (which they are) as opposed to portraying them as covertly attained facts then people will respect your viewpoint. If you continue to make pompous claims that turn out to be false then you're just going to wind up looking like a buffoon.

neutralgamer19921513d ago

I am not defending not saying anything. Read my first comment where I said I was wrong but you are wrong if you think people saw insmoniac announcement coming

The day it was announced it became major news and I can your point too that many thought they were PlayStation focused to begin with. But end of the day leakers or leaks are basically someone saying something that have heard or read. Many times those claims are false every now and than someone hits

I do believe Sony will target that $399 whether that's realistic or not who knows. From what I understand demon souls remake is being worked on by bluepoint games. But these things have been reported on before. I do wonder how much of an impact this virus will have for both ms and Sony because they are both on such a tight schedule that even few weeks of delays could be bad for business

Anyway nice chatting with u take care

On PC, Scarlet Spear is a mess right now, feels like early beta test. Rewards are so small for hours of work, it's disgusting. And on top of that, it's same Mobile Defense for both space and ground teams.

I don't know about other players, but to me, latest updates seems like less rewind and more grind:
- Kuva Liches require grinding the murmurs, weapons (with randomized stats) and parazon mods;
- Railjack requires constant repairs, grinding for resources and better parts (with randomized stats);
- Now Scarlet Spear requires you to stay in the same flotilla and grind the same missions for better victory rewards. You're not getting anything extra if you switch between space and ground (quite the opposite). And it has only 100 Murex to drive away, with time limit, with limited amount of players on flotilla and event itself is only 4 weeks long, not to mention tiny rewards for playing.

I mean, i love the game, but it's getting more and more frustrating lately, sadly.

That's pretty cool. Hopefully they take advantage of the new hardware.
