Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – 22.96 million
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – 17.68 million
Super Mario Odyssey – 16.59 million
Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 16.34 million
Pokemon Sword/Shield – 16.06 million
Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu / Eevee – 11.76 million
Splatoon 2 – 9.81 million
Super Mario Party – 9.12 million
New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe – 5.85 million
Luigi’s Mansion 3 – 5.37 million
Super Mario Maker 2 – 5.04 million
Zelda: Link’s Awakening – 4.19 million
Fire Emblem: Three Houses – 2.58 million
Ring Fit Adventure – 2.17 million
Astral Chain – 1.03 million
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 – 1.02 million

- SSBU’s sales may never be topped by any other fighting game. It’ll probably even be hard for the next SSB to top that

- Pokemon moved a lot of units in a short time as expected, but I still wish they treated the actual game better.

- Splatoon 2 is close to surpassing 10 million but it’s taking ages for it to do so.

- I can’t believe Super Mario Party did that well. It’s the most successful game in the franchise, I just wish it were as fun as Mario Party 3.

- Luigi’s Mansion 3’s success has pushed the series into heavy hitter territory now. It even surpassed Super Mario Maker 2 in half the time at retail.

- I expected a bit more for MUA3

No wonder why Nintendo exclusives are being held in really high standard. A lot of them sold in the millions. As for MUA3, the fact it sold 1 million unit is astonishing to me. I didn’t think there were alot of interested in that based on the reviews.

Continuing to prove Games matter more than hardware power.

I will be going into next gen with my Beast PC, PS5 and my Switch (Replaced by a Switch Pro).

So happy for Astral Chain, I can't wait for the sequel. I figured MUA would be about 3 million but that may have been wishful thinking (be interested to see how it compares to 1 and 2).

Also fire emblem selling 2.5 million is really solid

Those are monster numbers for Sword and Shield but man do I wish Nintendo was putting more money into the actual games. They make so much money off these Pokemon games yet each one keeps feeling like there is less and less to do in them.

Good exclusives make billions!

Outlawzz1577d ago

They left out a couple of them. Guess this is for the more recent and consistent sellers

I already said they wouldnt sell no less then 5 mil and whoever thought otherwise underestimates pokemon.
