Yeah, cause they need to try to balance the line of being fun to actually play. Does it make sense that in Fallen Order you need to kill and hurt to fill the force bar? No. It’s really Anti-Jedi but it makes for tense and exciting gameplay so not too many people will complain.

It’s even worse in the movies. The OT and Prequels did mesh. The new ones make the force a super power like in a Marvel movie.

The new movies make it seem like the only thing that can take out a force user is another force user. When you see the likes of Rey pulling in a ship and exploding it with force lightning and Palpatine stopping an entire fleet of ships.......well, I can't help but roll my eyes at that. At least the prequels made it clear that Jedi's weren't unstoppable, the sequels do the complete opposite. The way Rey was portrayed, you would think she could take on the entire Empire by herself.

Luxoflux Killed it with Vigilante 8 / Second Offense. Both were amazing for their time. Demolition was/is still nearly unplayable.
