Phil writes, "As the saying goes, out with the old, in with the new, and that's the perfect sentiment to have as SuperPhillip Central turns away from 2019 and focuses its attention and energy to 2020. As is customary to kick off the start of a new year of content on the site, I have a look at my most anticipated games currently announced for 2020. These games need to have a confirmation of being released in 2020 and can't have rumors, so unfortunately, there's no The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild sequel on this list to speak of. That said, what IS on this list are some other truly exciting games that show that 2020 is going to be one killer year of gaming content."
It seems Ghost of Tsushima on PC will have the same PSN purchasing restrictions that caused massive backlash to Helldivers 2.
not available in JAPAN., wtf sony need to sort their sh** out. this is beyond a joke when a samurai game cannot be sold in Japan, something is wrong.
Got the feeling Sony are half arsing the PC thing. It's that or the whole PC thing is completely lost on them.
Why tho? The SP works without the need to log into PSN, this was literally announce. So why is it an issue? Simply A. removing the login restriction fixes this, or B. People simply won't play the MP which I don't think people will care much. A better option is A, or even better just lower the game price in those countries to compensate for the lack of MP access.
Media Molecule director said the studio's next title is more a game & less a creation tool. He also regrets not having a PC version of Dreams.
If there was one PC version that should have existed it’s Dreams
I’m super glad they will be going back to something more traditional gaming wise.
My dream was DreamsVR and creating landscapes, characters, and sculptures using that amazing toolbox in vr, that would have been something imo.
Dreams PC was the dream. Woulda given the game a much needed boost. Here’s hoping they follow it up well.
I use to say this when the game was first releasing, many kept saying it would not be possible, something about the toolsets.
I said this was one game that needed to be on as many platforms as possible, including PC and Xbox just like how Minecraft is everywhere.
Creation tools just don't work on console very well. It's definitely more suited for PC, and it's very odd Sony decided not to port it over. Good MM is working on an actual game instead.
The tiny green slasher villain returns in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and is as frightening as ever.
The way it was handled was so dumb. One shots in melee...your teammates are to ostupid to get away from its attack. So you most often end up alone in a certain fight.
All but 2 are playable on PS4 - and they didn't even mention arguably the biggest game this year TLOU2.
Sony has amazing depth to their games library going into next gen - they'll be running on all cylinders when PS5 releases.
dreams, resident evil 3, the last of us 2, the RE:mind DLC for KH3 and ori 2 for me
My big 2 are Cyberpunk and Last of Us 2. Everything else I'm aware of are distant by comparison. FF7 is awesome, but I want to play it all in one go. That said, had I a Switch, I'd be grabbing Xenoblade for it. Didn't know that was a thing.
This list is terrible
