Developer Free Lives proudly meets - and even exceeds - many of these expectations wholeheartedly with GORN, a VR gladiator combat simulator that is ultra violent, absurdly disgusting, and undeniably fun, making it Free Lives' best game yet and easily one of VR's best offerings when it comes to pure fun, even if it does lack some depth."
GORN is a great popcorn video game. Nothing about it screams game-changer, but it’s so much fun to play you might spend more time with it than other more refined experiences. With plenty of weapons to decimate your enemies with and plenty of them to pulverize, GORN is certainly an enjoyable and outrageous game.
Hobbled by a disappointing lack of variety and questionable design decisions that feel rooted in the early days of home VR, Gorn fails to entertain.
GORN on PS VR2 plays exactly like it does on PS VR1. This a no frills port that misses an opportunity to improve on the original game.
