Fortnite Was Almost Cancelled Before it Became the Giant it is Today

It turns out that Fortnite was very close to getting canceled back in the day. Rod Fergusson, the past Director of Production for Epic Games tried to ax the game before he left the company.

At least someone had sense. Fortnite is such garbage and Epic does now is blatantly rip off everything. Even with the sudden surge of Keanu popularity, they changed one of their characters to clearly look like him to ride off the hype. Epic is a shameless garbage fire of a company now.

It makes more money than pretty much everything else. Epic is responsible for making one of the best and versatile engines in gaming; it's a guarantee Fortmite's success benefits Unreal (and by extension, every developer that utilizes it).

Disagree with their decisions, go ahead, but in hindsight, cancelling this game would've been one of the biggest financial mistakes any company could ever make.

I don’t care for this game at all, but they legitimately had a John wick 3 cross promotion skin when the movie came out. I saw there was a similar skin before this one came out and I guess people werent satisfied with their old knock off John wick skin once they released the official one.
