I think its time to call as under development countries (China, India, Brazil, Russia, etc...). I live in Brazil and often travel to the US on business. I buy 100% of my games when traveling to Europe or US, with few exceptions.

The point with PSN and other game products/services in countries under development is related to business environment (tax, piracy, ...).

BTW, I happy for Obama (most of the Brazilians are). And I hope to see PS Experience soon down here.

Kudos for putting Kill.Switch and Chao Legion on the list. I love those games and agree they're underrated. Kill.Switch is one of my fav shooters on the PS2.
