Starlink: Battle for Atlas is an open-world action-adventure space saga that features Smart Building Technology empowering players to assemble and customize real-world physical starships.
Jacob S. from Link Cable Gaming writes: "While most of the industry had moved on from the toys-to-life fad, Ubisoft attempted one last, late stab to try and profit on this idea, and sadly for them and coming in five years too late, Starlink: Battle for Atlas failed to live up to their expectations."
it's a shame because it's not a terrible game. The Switch version with the added Star Fox integration was pretty cool.
I bought the game a year or so on the Switch with the Ar-Wing for $20. I treated as a Star Fox game and I wasn't disappointed.
From Ubisoft: "Get a free PC copy of Starlink: Battle for Atlas Digital Edition on Ubisoft Connect PC when you register."
"In Starlink: Battle for Atlas™, you are part of a group of heroic interstellar pilots, dedicated to free the Atlas Star System from Grax and the Forgotten Legion."
They are doing one daily for next 6 days I think. I predict it will alternate dls or add on one day then game the following. Kinda hoping they give the crew 2 away
This really wasn't a bad little game. A little repetitive but the graphics and mechanics were solid. I enjoyed the Switch version a lot with the Star Fox integration.
Neil writes: "A new month means new freebies via the Xbox Games With Gold scheme. But as we head into September 2020, it also signifies the arrival of a brand new set of discounts that come about through the weekly Xbox Deals With Gold and Spotlight Sale. And as has been the case for as long as we care to remember, once more the Deals With Gold sale is found delivering a host of great games at bargain basement prices. Want the full list of those available between the 1st-7th September 2020?"
:( sad times rather enjoy this game
yea, they should have done some market research and noticed that these type of games have not been as successful for other publishers. At least they are still going to release DLC content...
I feel like they should’v partnered with Sony as well as Nintendo and made exclusive content regarding Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 version
It debuted at a high asking price, and too many gameplay restrictions surrounding the toys. Still a fun time underneath.
Lol that's what you get for trying to cash in on a fade that was already dying when Disney pulls out of something you know it's on the way out
