Initially, 4K was not an option for me. But when I restarted and switched to Borderless settings instead of Fullscreen then I got 4K.
My Thrustmaster HOTAS works fine. Xbox One controller works fine.

Nope. When using Xbox controller I get Xbox prompts. Keyboard gives me keyboard prompts.
