"Still, if you're a patient gamer, Neverland Card Battles is a game with some definite substance to it. The strategy is easy enough to grasp for beginners, but deep enough to hold the interest of strategy veterans. The visuals are nice, and the overall motif and story can be amusing if you don't take it too seriously. Honestly, if the interface had been tweaked to be a little more user-friendly, I'd be prepared to say Neverland Card Battles was a solid SRPG, and well above the average digital TCG offering. Ultimately, though, the repetitive portions will most likely ward off most gamers before too long."

Neverland Card Battles is up to the expectations, or is it a game without interest?

This phrase stayed with me while I was playing NeverLand Card Battles. The game itself is a blend of a collectable card games such as Pokemon or Magic the Gathering and a tactical role-playing game such as Final Fantasy Tactics."
Gamepro: "Neverland Card Battles is one baffling game. While this title has all the basic fundamentals of a decent card-based tactical RPG (large battlegrounds, complex combat rules, and so on), they actually make one really terrible game when they're all put together. With a bland story, bad voice acting, and one of the most annoying tactical systems I've seen in an RPG, I can't recommended this game for anyone but fans of this niche series."
