you buy the disc you only get one game.
you need to DL/pay more for the other two.. it is still a little unclear now.
so in other words, you buy retail copy and you get a download coupon so you cant even lend the game or sell it.. great!

Yes you can. There are people like myself who still prefer physical releases. This is a slap in the face to have to download 2 thirds of the game. It all should be on disc. It doesn't matter what year it is

yes i can, and many are boycotting for the same reason.
in 2028 we will buy a game disc with only screen title and you need to DL the rest... but we are in 2028 right? internet connection is so fast.
