I say release it, this game is already a success on the PS4, it makes good business sense to get in on that PSVR fanbase money.
The psvr probably has a bigger install base than the competition so doesn't make sense. And the psvr doesn't have crap tracking, for the price it's amazing.
Cool deal it's free, I will check it out when it gets released. Oh wow they recommend a 1080. Hopefully my 1070 will manage.
As for why it's not appearing on PSVR, there could be a couple reasons.
1) The game might require 360 degree tracking, which isn't possible on PSVR.
2) The VR requires a GTX 1080 on PC. Even with optimization, it's possible that they just couldn't get it running at a stable framerate. The game wasn't originally built for VR and was already pushing the PS4s hardware pretty hard.
And it is free for anyone who has Hellblade already... Just look at Doom, Skyrim and Fallout. It is just crazy.
