Where the Hell is Below?

It's been 5 years and five E3's since Below was announced back in 2013 for the PC and Xbox One. What could possible be the reason for all the holdup?

Those games are all really simple graphically, so if you have a PC or laptop, even one from four or five years ago, you shouldn't have a problem playing any of those titles.

This game was announced at the Xbox E3 2013 and it seems like was meant to release every year since. Does anyone actually care about this game at this point?

I've asked that question about Below many times, just as I've wondered if Wild will ever see a release date. I'm definitely more optimistic about Below's chances, as Beyond Good and Evil 2 probably is taking all the dev time away from whatever Wild was supposed to be.
