Twinfinite Writes: The Yakuza series is known for its over-the-top violence, just as much as it is for its quirky sense of humor. With Yakuza 6: The Song of Life just around the corner, we take a look at how the rest of the series stacks up.
Some games require more than one playthrough to fully experience. Here are seven games that are better on the second playthrough.
Red Dead 2 ? Who would ever want to play that slow ass bloated overly long game twice ! Not to mention going through those awfully designed main missions.
Some games have good incentives for multiple playthroughs but you can never beat experiencing it for the first time. Caelid for the first time? Mindblowing. Second time around it's just Caelid again.
Also added this month: Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, The Pedestrian.
Just in case someone needs to save bandwidth

Looks like a pattern where you may get a PS4 version of a game with the basic plus sub, and you get the PS5 upgrade as part of the Extra upgrade. Greedfall, the Dark Pictures games, and now Mortal Shell follow this pattern
I will give Judgement a try, never played a Yakuza game before, this could be the jumping in point.
Shadow of Mordor was great, but Shadow of War not so much, the grind at the time was too much, plus I don’t know if it was the controller or game but I had drifting issues.
Definitely give Mortal Shell a shot. One of the better soulslikes out there. Not too long either.
Daily Video Game writes: "Today, PlayStation Store has just kicked a new game sale that brings down over 500 popular games to under $20 for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 platforms right now, featuring many of its first-party titles as well as triple-A games on sale under just $20!"
My wishlist is still all full price, deep discounts apparently still a week or two away
Missing Ishin, Kenzan, and other releases. Seems like the author doesn't like the old games as much as the new games.
One of the most underappreciated gaming series ever. Ever single game I've played since the original on the PS2 has been an amazing experience.
I've yet to play one yet, but after watching a video of a street fight that felt like something out of Jojo... I don't know... I might have to give it a try.
Mine(of the four I have played)
Tie for number 1
Yakuza Ishin and Yakuza 0...Both are masterpieces and Ishin should be imported by any fan, there are plenty of guides for it.
Tied for 3
Kiwami and Six
Both are good games and if they had any other title other than "Yakuza" they would be great games.
