Forbes have been having a bit of back and forth here at Forbes on one of the biggest rivalries in gaming right now: Fortnite: Battle Royale and Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, two games that feel strangely different despite being identical in so many important ways.
Time for more Turtle action. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are dropping back into Fortnite Battle Royale to confront their nemesis Shredder in Cowabunga, which begins today and ends February 27, 2024, at 9 AM ET.
From GI.biz: "Krafton, the Korea-based publisher behind PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, released its Q3 financial results alongside news on how it's expanding its collection of studios.
The company reported that it saw revenues of $328.5 million and net profits of $171.5 million, the latter marking a year-on-year improvement of 27%.
Krafton also announced it plans to acquire Neon Giant, the developer behind The Ascent, and open a new studio in Canada."
The latest PUBG update transforms the weapon meta in Krafton’s battle royale game, bringing changes to vehicles and Deston to make winning even harder
I played it for few hours I land all the way to end just stay on edge of storm and survive into top 15 (solo)
Am I missing something about these battery royal games? These are addictive for some reason I don't know where to point the finger
After playing PUBG and going back to Fortnite, Fortnite didn't feel nearly as intense. PUBG is better in my opinion.
Fortnite is cartoonish quirky frantic fun , PUBG is realistic intense i-may-have-an-anxiety-attack fun. Both are good battle royal games but I prefer PUBG even the unoptimized mess it is and I'm playing on X1X.
PUBG's Problem is the missing map selection. Miramar is probably the worst map ever created in a big MP shooter. The recent 10% drop in the playerbase indicates that aswell. I dont want to play this shtty map.
