It does violate canon as much as a wardrobe change, even more so in some aspects. It's just their excuse for being lazy with these games, IMO. They're fun, but EA has no desire to make them great like the old ones were.

To be fair in SWBF 2015 a lot of people were not happy you could have stormtroopers with no helmet
I mean good for them but, Vader in pink is like a big stretch for people saying thats fine now.
IMHO I prefer Vader not pink when I play. Yea I know, preference and EA is wrong and Evil because Im gonna get so much flak now haha
