Yeah over 80 games on sale I nice example regular edition of NBA 2K18 for $39 dollars.

edeprez2348d ago

Yeah, Nintendo have some really pathetic sales. I'll check this one out.

indysurfn2348d ago

Your comment sounds negative. But I have to agree, they don't have good discounts compared to others. Most of that has proven to be third parties, like the ones that charged more for the SWITCH version of a game then on PS4 or XB. After more time I think competition will cause this to ease a little.

His comment sounds negative because you're a Nintendo fanatic. A lot of things about the switch is rubbish to me like the price of the system and what it offers. Online component is rubbish. The prices for a lot of the games are too high. The switch lacks a lot of games also. As an owner of the switch I feel like it's a waste of money at the moment for what it offers and should cost half the price of retail. Also the games should be half the price as well

Just because somebody likes something you don't doesn't make them a fanatic. There are more levels than just one or the other. Life is more complex than that.

They have had good sales. Guess when Sony has sales it means sales are bad, right?

Spacemagic2348d ago

Oxenfree for $5 is a steal. Rocket League at $15 is solid. Kingdom: New Lands and the Flame in the Flood are at good prices too.

I wonder what the sales numbers of Skyrim, Doom, L.A Noire on the Switch are

michellelynn09762346d ago

Doom did 120k worldwide in it's first week. Skyrim, 210k and LA Noire 60k.

DrJones2344d ago

Nice, where did you get that information? Were those sales retail and e-shop combined?

michellelynn09762344d ago

Vg chartz. Eshop and retail combined.

DrJones2343d ago

Hmm, not the greatest sales.. I hope they made a profit out of it, otherwise third party support will remain uncertain

DrJones2343d ago (Edited 2343d ago )

Skyrim wasn't too bad, but Doom was not too good, L.A Noire was bad

The quirky appeal of the much-loved but ultimately doomed Dreamcast came from the fact that it wasn’t really up for running FPS shooters with that admittedly absymal joypad, and EA didn’t bother showing up to fill it full of sports games. Instead, the console made its name on arcade ports and one of the best was the water-based racing gem, Hydro Thunder. It was a slick, impressive and fun racer that was full of brilliantly designed courses and nice, showy graphical touches, and managed to be enjoyable despite the fact that racing on water is a horrible idea for a game. https://www.mybkexperience....
