Everything is checked off to receive everything. Trust me, I have checked multiple times. There is also nothing in my junk mail, either - I made sure to check that, too.

I got the theme coupon today and live in Toronto so we should be good for both, if we are lucky enough. Slowly sony is seeing Canada as a part of the NA

yeah got the theme too.....but I wouldn't hold my breath for the Horizon DLC......I don't believe we ever get those up here....maybe we do but I never got anything from Playstation, discounts or otherwise...

I got the theme and I am from Canada. I didn't receive the DLC, but that's obviously because I have it already.

As for discount, I do receive the weekly newsletters and I check them throughly everytime, but I've never received any coupon code in them before.

Didn't receive the 20% discount, Frozen Wilds, or the dynamic theme. I was good this year too :/

20% was hidden in the weekly update email. Not to say you will get it, but that's where it is.

There theme was underwhelming and pretty footprint heavy. Went back to the Uncharted underwater theme, which is great as a fish tank theme. Whoever made that one did a really good job.

Please note, the underwater theme is amazing in that whoever did it realized the various layers for having animated effects with dynamic but similar path goal fish. You could have fish pop up in front of any element, or behind it, or between two different layer elements.

Only downside is the music, which could be much better.
