I think the reversal of the always online Xbox One screwed over production for Crackdown since that game was literally all about the always online concept and the cloud. I can't imagine that helping the developers.

This list really isn't the best, at least for me. Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a given. Other than that, my hype for Crackdown 3 isn't really there anymore; it took far too long and, while I loved the first (and this looked more like the first), I just can't bring myself to care about it anymore. If you can believe it, I still don't have The Last Guardian (though I have played it and enjoyed what I have played of it). Sea of Thieves isn't really my thing since FPS games aren't my thing and I don't have a very loving relationship with Rare anymore, though I haven't heard bad things so for those who enjoy the genre, there's likely plenty of fun to be had. I will say though, The Last Night looks really neat. The art style just feels fun and I'm quite interested in seeing how it is. I know some people who are really excited about State of Decay 2, but I don't have Live so I'm not sure how co-op would work for me. If it's couch co-op and some friends willing to buy it, I wouldn't mind picking up a copy. There's a limit to how many zombie games I can tolerate though and with Days Gone and The Last of Us, Part II not too far off, I would need to pace myself.

The list isn't terrible for whom it caters (I think most Xbox gamers would actually enjoy these games a lot). For me though, there are enough conditional clauses to make this particular list not too terribly appealing to my tastes.

TL;DR: will get Ori, loved the original. Not sure about The Last Night, but it looks fascinating.

State of Decay 2 and Ori 2 are up there as my most anticipated 2018 titles. Sea of Thieves has the capability to be an awesome title with ongoing support and really blossom into something unique. And, well, crackdown 3 is just more crackdown. Fun open sandbox type game.

I'm hoping we also see Ashen and Below launch in 2018.

Im sorry sir but thats just a lie. Sony, MS, even Nintendo diehards will absolutely defend anything and everything about their console (for whatever reason i truly dont know).
As a matter of fact they go so far to defend screw ups, and that they like or are proud of these screw ups.

Sea of Thieves looks cool, and I'm keeping an eye out on State of Decay 2. Crackdown 3 could turn out to be a good game, but I'm not 100% sold on it yet. The other two games aren't my cup of tea.

Halo 6 would be a nice surprise at E3, but other than that, I'm looking forward to Metro Exodus and Red Dead Redemption 2. World War Z and Overkill's The Walking Dead could be great also.

I've been waiting forever, like everyone else, for Left 4 Dead 3, so perhaps one of these two games might be the answer to the L4D series. State of Decay 2 could also be something that fills the L4D void, but I haven't played the first one, and from what I've seen, it looks like it was a bit of a grind, so we'll just have to see.

Now I'm not sure which of those supports crossplay like Forza Horizon and Gears 4 does (it's pretty slick btw) but chances are most will. MS made a big deal of PUBG but didn't seem to have say in quality control on console. It is surprising since MS needed every title near launch to really make the X1X a justifiable purchase.

As far as I'm concerned, we'll have to wait until next fall to really start seeing games take advantage of the hardware. Yet MS really doesn't have the luxury of time considering the competition.
