I'm assuming you aren't a pc gamer and dont have an understanding of why I dont want to play a windows store exclusive game on pc. Basically every windows store game isn't a typical x86 app and usually has issues (not to mention limitations), on xbox the game will be fine.

I play on both console and PC haha. And if the game "on Xbox will be fine" I don't see why it would be otherwise on PC if its the same exact game/content, which it is...

I don't understand why the windows store is so terrible. It is slow, clunky and often crashes or fails to load for me. For this reason alone I choose not to use it.

It’s really not exactly the same on Xbox and pc, what gave you that idea? I mean even if it’s the exact same game code the environment it’s running in and the API it uses is different (even if they call it the same thing). Hell even the store version of cuphead runs like crap, luckily it’s also got a normal pc version that runs on a toaster.

I'm also not too fond of that price cuz I'm not even sure I feel this is a full priced title ..

I'm just going to wait for a price car in for them to inevitably release it on Steam. I just don't see me playing this game enough to really justify full price, especially with so many other games coming out next year that I'm way more interested in.

I mean this game is not holding a candle to Monster Hunter, Yakuza 6 or God of War or anything like that

The Store and APIs are exactly the same on both platforms haha.

And Cuphead in the Microsoft Store is averaging a 4 out of 5 in USER reviews...this tells me that your making this "runs like crap" stuff up.

That sounds extremely unlikely because Halo 5 is not an MMO.

Trust me if they were ever going to do free downloadable content for the duration of this game's life that would have been an absolutely huge major key Point announcement.

Even if that's the case I would argue Microsoft is pretty stupid to not even Market such a huge fact in a MMO that people will be playing long-term.

if there’s one thing you’ve seen since Halo 5s launch is that not splitting up the user base has been beneficial to keeping player counts up and it has actually made them more money with the MTs then DLC ever has

Well to be quite honest moldy I feel that's a moot point , you have to consider this is also an MMO so of course it's going to be getting content deep into the future like any other MMO.

I mean this is one of the few games that I could understand why they would do that I mean how much sense would actually make for them to release this and just decide they were going to do anything post-launch?

Have it preordered for a while now, even getting it for 30€ (dont know why) but I dont think the game will be a hit. Playing the "alpha" is just a barebones snoozefest to be honest.

Game should have been free to play. Mark my words, sales will be low as hell on this one. I really think they could have made their money on cosmetics and “non game effecting” sales so they could reach more people. It’s real niche already and only and now anyone they could have converted just by advertising the hell out of it on xbl and making it free so they could get a toe in has been placed in a buy it or not scenario.
