Raven recently released the source codes for both Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast as open source in respect to LucasArts' demise. However, the source code files, which you could be downloaded from Sourceforge, have been silently removed without any announcements.

Movie Battles II is so good. Also the lightsaber combat in Jedi Academy is the best out of any Star Wars game. Highly recommend giving it a shot.
