I had doubts about Horizon because it was from a primary FPS developer. It was amazing.

Let's tone it down a bit guys. The trailer was really cool, but "masterpiece in the making"

we haven't seen enough yet....what if it doesn't end up anything like that. What if the game ends up like that pile of garbage For Honor.

It looks like it has a ton of potential but the initial over praise you guys heap onto games it just annoying and cringeworthy.

Let's let things unfold naturally and see how great it is. I hope it's awesome but I can't start calling it great yet...

According to the dev, it will be an Adventure open world game with a big emphasis on Stealth. It looks like Ghost Of Tsushima will be the spiritual successor to Tenchu and that makes me very happy.

I agree. I couldn't be more ecstatic about this game and the approach they seem to be taking with it. The idea that it might be similar to Tenchu but in an open world and with deeper mechanics fills me with excitement.

I actually read all of that just because of this game. My guess is that you play as this character and the Mongolians have no idea about you or who you are. That is why it is a stealth game as well. My guess they are going to bring you to battles and your character will be behind enemy lines helping Japan in any ways. Once again I have no idea but the story is kind of all ready written so that helps them out a lot.

I'm hyped as this is exactly the game I have dreamed for. I thought Rockstar was going to be the top choice to make the wandering samurai game, but Sucker Punch is going to drop a GOTY contender on us.

This game will based on real life history of Mongol Invasion. If I remember correctly, The Mongol came from North China, right ?

Mongolia is to the north of China, yes. This will be based on one of the two Mongol invasions of Japan. Neither was successful. In this case the Mongols managed to stay in Japan for a single day. After that day of battle, the Mongols withdrew to their ships and that night a huge Typhoon came which made the Mongols go back to Korean Penninsula. The Japanese took that Typhoon as a divine sign that Japan cannot be conqured by an outside force. Interesting stuff.
