It’s hard not to compare Redout to a franchise like WipEout, because the game pays a very obvious homage to the franchise. However, that’s not to say Redout doesn’t excel in delivering a good futuristic racing experience."

Due to some graphical issues, multiplayer misses, and a grindy campaign, it won't make you forget about the greats of the sub-genre, but it's still an adequate far-future racer."
