Upcoming Indie Switch Shooter Morphies Law Might Have the Spirit of Splatoon

As a sucker for multiplayer shooters, I pay special attention to games in this genre coming out on the Nintendo Switch. Earlier this year, Nintendo announced that Payday 2 was coming to the platform, but it seemed like an oddity at the time, much like when Mass Effect 3 and Batman Akrham Origins came to the Wii U. However this week’s Nindie showing announced a plethora of slick and fun looking indie titles set to release on Switch in 2017 and early 2018. Among them was Comoscope’s Morphies Law, a weird and exciting little competitive shooter that I couldn’t help but think of Splatoon 2 when watching its announcement trailer."
