Happy garden mediocrity
WTMG's Leo Faria writes: "While Hey! Pikmin is far from being a terrible game, the fact it was made by Nintendo made me expect a lot more from it, and therefore I can’t help but feel quite disappointed with the end product. It’s great to see Nintendo still supporting the 3DS with exclusive titles, but this game is definitely not something that’ll help the portable in the long run. And it definitely didn’t help me get curious for the mainline Pikmin games on other consoles."
"Nintendo's 3D dual-screen on-the-go console has been around for an impressive 8 years so here are the system's best games for putting your amiibo collection to use. Carrying case not included." - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums
I loved using amiibo in the Fire Emblem games. Makes me want to play them again.
Amazon has discounted Hey Pikmin to $25.00.
Join Amras89, Hardlydan, and Viva la Pedros for game talk and fun! This time, The Gamesmen talk about the return of the Duke, an update for Super Mario Run, PUBG not being happy with Fortnite, Nintendo getting two-step authentication, and the US Navy using Xbox controllers. Games discussed are Rocket League, FIFA 18, DOOM, Hey! Pikmin, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Octopath Traveler, 1-2-Switch, Conga Master Party!, Red Dead Redemption, Duck Season, and Metroid: Samus Returns.
I never understood the popularity of the Pikmin series.
Why not release this also on the Switch?
