Grabbed a copy. Sold out within 3 minutes, but that's limited run games for you.

Yeah, I got lucky and was able to nab one. I was on the page for the normal version when the counter ended but still managed to find the Collector's Edition in time to get my order through.

Collector's Edition... With how fast they sold, they're all collector's editions except digital.

Suck that I couldn't it sold out in seconds both time they been put up on limited run. now if I want to get the collectors I have to pay scalper prices on Ebay

MadMax2448d ago (Edited 2448d ago )

That's cool, because scoring a game on there is very hard. You have to be checked out within a minute or two to get one. I tried for that wonderboy one and could not get it, even tried both times for both versions. Sold out within 2 minutes. At least playasia has them, so no biggie. Special reserve games seems much easier to get a game, than limited run. Still waiting on shadow warrior 2 from them.

God why does anyone want this stupid ass game. Remember playing this as a kid and it sucked then. Of all games to rerelease they do what would equate to a B movie.

It's a hilariously bad game, that is why I like it. At least it is a bit more than plain bad.

MadMax2448d ago

It's all about the nostalgia factor and Dana Plato! It's bad b-movie 80s, comon! Gotta love that. This was also the first game to create the esrb rating and to get pulled from store shelves. Glad I was able to get a copy.

dumahim2450d ago

The Infamous Sega Sickener Article

The 'Sega Sickener' was an infamous article printed by the Daily Mail concerning the release of the videogame Night Trap on the Sega Mega CD.

slowgamer946d ago

Well all press is good press.. until it is not. After decades were basically still there, some makes an article which makes it sound more horrible than it is and people getting outraged and boot up their twitters.
If there is somepoint new tomb raider, i guess she is wearing a veil and no death scenes. Only enemies are robotzombies and your weapon is megaphone where you can tell how to recycle and not pollute.
