"Episode 22 of our gaming podcast, The Gamer Professionals Show (GPS) is now live! We’ve spent some time playing Splatoon 2 and Tacoma this week, and we’re ramping up for what looks to be a pretty busy August.
It continues to be pretty slow on the news front, but we’ve got a few stories to discuss. In addition to a Persona 5 anime on the horizon, Atlus have announced three new spin-off games: Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night, Persona 5: Dancing Star Night, and Persona Q2. The Summer Games event is returning to Overwatch and Capcom have announced their plans for developing more games on Nintendo Switch. There’s more bad press for Nintendo this week since the announcement that the hard mode for Metroid: Samus Returns will be locked behind an amiibo purchase. Lastly, SNES Classic pre-orders are allegedly going to be available at the end of the month."
Sony has launched the PlayStation Store "Summer Game Fest" sale and here's not only the full list of games, but the MP1st sale recommendations, too.
We’re yet to see more from new James Bond game Project 007, but I hope that the Hitman devs’ next title will be shown at Summer Game Fest.
