Nintendo made a significant move by issuing a DMCA notice to take down more than 8,500 clones of the popular Switch emulator, Yuzu.
The more they try to stop it, the more publicity it gets. The fact is that Yuzu will forever live on torrent and other sites. Nintendo is fighting an uphill battle.
There is nothing stopping these people from working on Yuzu clones and sharing them on torrent sites. Nintendo or anyone else cannot do shit about torrents or usenet.

Super Mario 64 DS was offered as a launch title for the Nintendo DS, a remake of the classic platform game with a few original tricks.
Needs more appreciation. I never had an N64 so this was what I played. Sure the Yoshi hat mechanic at first is a slog but you unlock Mario and the others for real and then it takes off. Personally I never had an issue with the controls. Can't forget the mini games and the 4 player rumble over download play.
Indeed, as stated in the article there were tonnes of control options and very much a 'take whatever you like, leave the rest' attitude to most of the game's extras.
Space opera fans deserve a chance to experience the vastness of Infinite Space, and Sega needs to make up for its mistake.
I still go back to Infinite Space from time to time. Probably the most underrated game I ever played.
They should have made a new handheld altogether! This is a waste of time and money. It doesnt do anything that cant already be done on the regular DS lite and worst of all is that some DS games require the GBA slot. No GBA slot, no pokemon or guitar hero games! If this was a completely new system with new software, then I wouldnt care so much... It would be like the GBA to the DS transition. They should have gone all the way to the next step, not half way! That is my opinion.
What I enjoy of my DS is the chance of playing my GB and GBA titles, the loss of the GBA slot reduces the fun factor (at least for me) of the console. On the other hand I really like the integrated camera and the MP3 reproduction, but I got an iPhone.
I like the camera feature, but they had to sacrifice the GBA slot in order to obtain the new feature.

They should've just waited until next-gen DS to add all of this crap.
Hrm, being I've been aiming at getting a DS but just never dropped the dough for one. I can see my waiting might have paid off since portables have so many RPGs and I am hurting for some RPG fun time!!
Alot of people are saying that since they waited to buy a DS they can buy this one, but let me tell you... You wont be able to play Guitar hero on tour, and if your into pokemon you wont be able to use the pokemon from you GBA games into the DS pokemon game
