You know how long it take to find matches in Overwatch on PS4.
It can range from 1 minute - 3 minute to just find a game
not only that it often take you out of a game and put you in a skirmish and put you in another skirmish before finding a game.

that is not the point at all. Sony is purposely limiting your choices of who you play against. Sure some of these bigger games you have zero issues with, but what if it's a smaller indie title? What if not a ton of people bought it? Having cross play enables games to have a larger pool to pull from. That means quicker matches, more available players, more variety. How is this in any way a bad thing?

Spoken like a true hostage. Tell me again the downside to opening up crossplay to others because Sony kind of disagrees with you, they allow PC crossplay. But thanks for clarifying that you bought the wrong platform then.

Erik cross platform doesn't even work like that. You can't invite friends from another console to game with you. It is strictly for increased pool of players. You can got search at the same time and hope you get paired , but that's it. This really isn't a big deal.
