This looks like something I'd be into when it was fully released. Very promising.

I agree they went in with this game especially giving you full customization with your character. Was not expecting that.

I've been playing it on pc for about a year. Grab it when you can. It's very team oriented. Each ship has massive pros and cons. It's a great game. Very satisfying to.

Think of it like an arena shooter with giant ships.

nar Elite Dangerous is better than this

Seafort2587d ago

How does Elite Dangerous compare to Dreadnought in any way whatsoever? Fanboys make no sense to me.

Horseygamer2587d ago (Edited 2587d ago )

Thats like saying arma is better than splatoon.

You sound like you needed some help in school...

itsmebryan2587d ago

I have both on PC and they are nothing alike.

This looks excellent, like a mp focused, higher budget Rebel Galaxy.

They should say Rime developer. The game they were working on wasn’t yet known to as many people.

Dreadnought developer lays off third of workforce days after game's release

Financial problems to blame.

Casepb2048d ago (Edited 2048d ago )

Being in the game industry is a stuff ass career. I don't envy anyone in it. Hope they find new jobs.

xXRawD3alJRXx2048d ago

I thought this game looked awesome. Never got to play it though because I have an xbox

Bobafret2048d ago

The game is completed, are they supposed to just pay people to sit around? Developers are pretty much contractors, they know well in advance that they should be seeking their next assignment.

Godmars2902047d ago

And that's an issue with the business, given that the lion share of - any - profits goes to shareholders. A mentality that includes giving little to no security to dev teams, overworking them, and shortchanging them in anyway possible besides.

RizBiz2047d ago

Hasn't this game been out for a year?

Emme2047d ago

It was a big mistake to make this very niche title free to play.Stupid and very risky business decision.
