That rumor from PAX was false. The rep you hear in the background was talking about Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition, not Crash.
Sony really need to clear up their messaging when it comes to things like this! You'd think they have enough cash to make it exclusive.

Waiting to see if there's a cool collector's edition for this. Doubt it, but you never know, could bite if it has some cool Crash stuff
