MyWii writes: "The High School Musical phenomenon has taken the world by storm. With three movies and millions of fans around the world, it was only a matter of time before we started to see an influx of games based on the franchise. It's no surprise that these games all seem to have come out between the second and third movies, considering High School Musical 3 was the first movie in the series to be shown in theatres. High School Musical 3: Senior Year Dance!, which is available on pretty much every single video-game platform you can think of, takes all of the songs from the first three movies to provide gamers with a seriously lacking rhythm title. Put simply, the only award High School Musical 3 Senior Year Dance is going to win is the award for longest video-game title…ever!"
Other features are that you can browse the East High yearbook to view career and song stats for your personal profile and there is also the option to use the two player menu so you can challenge a friend in a dance competition.
If you've got a younger brother or sister then this may make a decent Xmas present, if they're into the series. But as a stand–alone dancing game the lack of any decent songs and an over simplistic control system relegates this title well and truly off the dance floor.
