2017 already delivered an incredible quantity of great games so far and it's only going to get better. At this rate, it could very well end up being the best year since 2007.
Sony Interactive Entertainment has added a few more titles to the list of games that will be leaving PS Plus in May, 2024.
curious... if a game leaves PS+, does it make it unplayable if you have already claimed it before it leaves? I know on the XB side, games leaving Gamepass are no longer playable. You need to pay for them to be able to continue playing after you installed them from GP.
Wonder if Horizon ZD leaving gives credit to those remake rumours
Sigh. If true…another remake that’s not Bloodborne.
Can N4G adopt a policy of games leaving subscription services as not being a new story, it is just spam at this point.
Is it me or have there been a lot of great games leaving the extra tier but barely anything in terms of wow factor joining the service in return?
When was the last time that Sony added a PlayStation studio game?
Now I don't expect Sony to have day 1 like Gamepass but I would expect to at least care to make the offering interesting especially when they raised the price by 30% last year.
Stellar Blade's creative director, Hyung Tae Kim, has also claimed that the game is deeply inspired by Nier: Automata.
I feel like Yoko is downgrading Automata because he has expressed multiple times he'd like to revisit the universe, but Squenix hasn't been keen about it. We know he loves 2B and would love to take her out for another spin, so maybe this is how he gets the company to think about it.
I get he's giving them some credit, but i strongly disagree based on the demo. I honestly don't think any aspect of it feels good, it's not bad, it's just kinda ok but definitely a little jank. Also the souls like formula it is adopting does not help it imo. I was looking forward to this for years, now im just kinda let down honestly 🫤
Man exputer can you stop putting words like that after someone's name, i read Yoko Taro Passes and just went blank
(From the demo) Stellar has better direction in terms of stage layout if you like that ninja gaiden type feel. Nier is more polished by far.
IGN: "We talk to Yoko Taro and Hyung-Tae Kim about the ways that Stellar Blade is inspired by NieR: Automata, comparisons between EVE and 2B, and much more."
It's shocking to see so many well-received games all at once. I don't know if my wallet can handle another 9 months!
You see this kind of articles pop up every couple of years but HOLY CRAP HAS 2017 BEEN AWESOME YOU GUYS. I want to be cynical but honestly, it's all looking absolutely great so far
NieR and Nioh surprised me a lot (I was a big believer in Horizon). My backlog keeps growing...
Yep i agree, has been a great time for gaming, this yeah every plaftorm got something great to play, we got Horizon on the PS4, Zelda on the Swith and Netflix on the Xbox One, the future is looking bright! (dense people, i am ofc making a joke, relax)
It's a good game and all, but truly it's only a re-skinned Tomb Raider.
