WoW account services are about to get more expensive in the UK and EU, and players are pissed

Services widely regarded as too expensive are becoming even more so on one side of the Atlantic.

WoW was overpriced already, anyone paying these kind of amounts to get their life stolen is close to insane. It was worth it when it was fresh and everyone had to figure things out, but nowadays it's a waste of time.

It's not a waste of time to the millions of people that play it daily and enjoy their time playing with people they've met over the years.

Mike, while I generally despise Blizz and Wow, you can't deal in absolutes. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've said it. There are people in groups that enjoy stuff that we do not. That is why in 99.9% of the articles that have something I don't agree with, I don't come into unless I have something to contribute, and believe me if I can contribute some constructive criticism, I would in some instances, I can't be bothered.

With that said, why not you too? Makes me feel better to post on articles that resonate with me, personally.

I played it for a couple of years. My best gaming memories are from playing that game. It was really magical.

That was back when I was a kid and could afford to spend hours every week into it, but I came to realise spending that much money on one game was ridiculous. I found myself only ever playing that game because I felt I was wasting the subscription I purchased if I wasn't.

I wouldnt say a waste of time, bit harsh. But expensive for a 14yr old game..

The game is better quality than a lot of other games that come out now days.

Greedy Activision/ Blizzard raising the price in the UK yet again? Thank you for giving me yet another reason to never go back to that junk. Now if only I could get back the time I wasted in that game, but what is done is done I suppose.
